Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled during this period, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider.

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
